Change in Business Hours of Hotel Facilities and Restaurants
Please note that the following changes in place regarding the operating hours of hotel restaurants will be in effect from until further notice.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Restaurants
Chef's Live Kitchen® (3F)
- Breakfast: 《Weekday》7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (L.O. 9:45 a.m.) / 《Weekend&Holidays》6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (L.O. 9:45 a.m.)
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (L.O. 2:15 p.m.)
- Dessert & Light Meal: 3:00 p.m.-4:45 p.m. (L.O.4:30 p.m.)
- Dinner:
Sunday - Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (L.O. 8:45 p.m.)
Saturday: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (L.O. 9:45 p.m.)
*The minimum number of participants for each session is 25. If the number of participants is not enough, the tour will be closed.
In case of cancellation, we will notify you by e-mail or phone at least 5 days in advance.
Hudson Lounge (1F)
Sunday - Thursday: 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (L.O. Afternoon Tea 7:30 p.m. / Meals 8:30p.m. / Snacks 9:00 p.m. / Beverages 9:30 p.m.)
Friday and Saturday and day before Public Holiday: 11:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (L.O. Afternoon Tea 7:30 p.m. / Meals 8:30p.m. / Snacks 9:00 p.m. / Beverages 10:00 p.m.)
New York Lounge (1F)
Shortened Business Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (L.O. Afternoon Tea 7:00 p.m. / Meals and Beverages 8:00 p.m.)
Manhattan (6F)
- Lunch and afternoon tea (excluding general banquets and weddings): 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (L.O.2:30 p.m.)
- Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (L.O.8:00 p.m.)
N.Y. Lounge Boutique (1F)
11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Delivery options for afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres are available through online reservation (24-hour reception).
- Online reservations for cakes and desserts are currently available.
- Desserts and original goods are also available for purchase through our online shop (24-hour service).

Wedding
Wedding Office
Weekdays: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Please note that the office will be closed on Mondays, Tuesdays.
Shuttle Bus Services
The hotel shuttle bus service between Hamamatsucho Station is available on weekends for wedding ceremonies.
Please contact the Wedding Office for more information on weekday wedding services.
Please note that the hotel shuttle bus service between Shinagawa Station will be suspended for the time being from June 1, 2020.
