We offer a seasonal menu with around 50 items for the lunch and dinner buffet, and around 60 items for the dessert & light meal buffet.
The chef greatly takes into consideration that the menu's format is good for your health, so we trust you will find plenty of satisfying dishes.

Chef's Profile

Chef Katsunori SATO

He was the previous head chef of the teppanyaki restaurant, Asian restaurant, as well as various banquet cooking restaurants in mainly foreign-owned hotels.
His passion is to create dishes and recipes while visualizing the scene to match guest's wishes and accommodate each individual's taste.
He handles with great care the sense of seasons and offers a wide variety of dishes mainly consisting of Western, Chinese and Ethnic food.
