Enjoy New York & French fusion cuisine at Manhattan Dining & Champagne Terrace. With fresh air and views of the Rainbow Bridge, Sumida River, Tokyo Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower, it truly is a sight to behold. Healthy fusion dishes are served by accomplished Chef Kenji Yoshimoto, who studied French cuisine at Michelin starred restaurants in Southern France. Enjoy your meal by starting with "Colorful Art Terrine" for hors d'oeuvres.

Chef's Profile

Executive Chef Kenji Yoshimoto

In 2008 at 26 years old, Kenji Yoshimoto was the youngest Japanese person ever to have won the first prize for Trophée International Japon d'Auguste Escoffier.
In the "50 eme Prix Culinaire Le TAITTINGER" he took the first place prize for Japon and the third place prize for International.
His dishes are based on the skills he acquired in France. He cares greatly about the freshness of his ingredients and to provide a memorable experience to customers with his delicious meals.
