Chef's Profile

Chef Taisuke INOUE

Born in 1985, Saitama Prefecture. As his father is an interior designer, he had a lot of opportunities to go to restaurants from a young age. he longed for the cooks since then and he proceed to this path. Using the seasonal ingredients, cooking delicately to bring the best out of the ingredients to deliver to the customer in the best condition. He plans to offer his original menu to propose a new style that fits 'Manhattan'.
