Head Chef Yuichi MAHARA

As a former official residence chef of a foreign diplomatic establishment, in addition to his experience at foreign-owned hotels, he is also proficient not only cooking skills but language as well.
Taking into account the distinct four seasons in Japan, Chef Mahara enjoys imparting these tastes for his international guests.
He's always on the lookout for the newest information from purchasers and each production areas to get the most suitable ingredients at any given time of year.
