Healthy New York Italian with our chef's live melange salad and fresh pasta

Presenting the grand opening of Italian Dining Zillion, where you can dine in a new buffet and course style,
based on the concepts of healthiness, beauty, and freshness.
Your meal starts with Chef Abe's special antipasto misto as your first dish, and in the buffet corner, you can choose Italian salads with added collagen for beautiful skin, soups, and drinks. You may also choose from a wide variety of main dishes and fresh pasta carefully made with Italian flour from the menu. For dessert, enjoy sweets from our own atlier dessert.
Along with a New York-style interior, Italian Dining Zillion offers New York Italian in a new buffet and course style
with an island-style kitchen where our chefs cook in front of you.

Chef's Profile

Executive Chef Yohei Abe

Joined Restaurant Chianti in 1998 and studied Italian cuisine for four years.
After studying at each section of Restaurant FARO SHISEIDO for four years from 2002, he served as the fish & meat cook for one year at AROMA FRESCA. In 2009, he gained experience studying new Italian cuisine from Paolo Pelosi at Piacere, the Italian restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo.
In November of 2012, he joined The InterContinental Tokyo Bay. From March of 2013 he has served as Executive Chef of the newly opened Italian Dining Zillion.
He considers speed to be the heart of Italian cuisine and he strives to provide customers with the moment of deliciousness when the food has just finished being cooked.
