TToyosu Market is a comprehensive market handling marine products and produce; this is the market that was relocated from Tsukiji in October 2018.
The Tsukiji Market was the oldest of the 11 central wholesale markets in Tokyo, but the facilities were aging and were too small, so the market was relocated and the facilities were considerably improved.
General visitors can enter the Visitor's Course, the restaurant and shop area, and the Green Roof Plaza (on top of the Fisheries Intermediate Wholesale Market Building).
You can eat and shop in the restaurant and shop area. You can see inside the Fisheries Intermediate Wholesale Market Building and the Fruit and Vegetables Building from the Visitor's Course, as they are connected.
