Is there a parking lot?

Guests can utilize the public parking facilities located in the basement floors of the hotel.

3,000 yen per night (tax incl.)
Upon checkout, we will offer one additional hour of parking free of charge.
After one hour has passed, normal parking rates will apply.

[For guests that utilize dining services]
Guests that spend more than 3,000 yen at one of our hotel restaurants/establishments will be gifted 2 hours of free parking.

660 yen per hour / 1,320 yen for 2 hours (tax incl.)

As a public parking facility, reservations are not required in order to use the parking facility.
While it is possible to utilize the parking space prior to check-in, guests will be requested to pay an additional fee.
Please make sure to visit the front desk to pick up your parking ticket, as well as to confirm the parking fees that will apply.
For the duration of their stay, guests may enter and leave the parking facility freely.

* Please note that the parking lot may be congested on certain dates/times.
If you wish to make use of the parking facility, we kindly request that guests arrive early.

Can I exchange currencies?

A currency exchange machine is available on the Lobby Floor (1F).
This service is provided for 24 hours in consideration of our overnight guests.

[Usage Policies]

  • The currency machine is capable of exchanging a maximum of 100,000 yen per transaction.
  • Guests can select from the 10 foreign language options in the currency exchange machine (voice guides are only offered in Japanese and English).
Is there a limousine bus running to and from the airport?
Yes, we provide a limousine bus service that runs from Narita Airport to InterContinental Tokyo Bay. A single trip is currently 3,200 yen (tax incl.)
In addition, we also provide a free shuttle bus service from the hotel Hamamatsucho Station.
We do not offer limousine buses or shuttle buses to Haneda Airport or Disneyland.
Are there massage services?
Yes, we offer room massage services for overnight guests, between the hours of 7pm to 2am.
Please kindly book a massage from your room.
Half an hour: 3,780 yen (incl. tax)
50 minutes: 6,372 yen ( incl. tax)
Is there a babysitter service?

Yes, we offer a babysitter service for overnight guests.
Please note that the babysitter service is not available to guests making use of dining or banquet services.

Please note that there are limited reservation slots for the babysitter service.
To make a reservation, please contact us by phone number or email with the following information:

  • The expected date of use and estimated duration
  • The child's full name and age
  • Emergency contact details

* Please make sure to reserve at least 3 days prior to the date when the services will be required.
We kindly remind guests that, depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
Therefore, we strongly encourage guests to make a reservation as soon as possible upon completing their booking.

Are there barrier free washrooms available?
Barrier-free washrooms are available on the 1st and 3rd floors.
Can I borrow a mobile device?
Yes, we offer a mobile rental service.
Please consult the Front Desk (1F) for prices.
Where is the closest convenience store, post office and bank?

The nearest convenience store, post office and bank are all located in the New Pier Takeshiba South Tower building right next to the hotel.
Guests will find a Family Mart, post office and Mizuho Bank On the third floor.

* For guests that require teller services, there are several other banks located around the JR Hamamatsucho Station (8 minutes on foot).

How can I request to use an area of the hotel for commercial filming and/or photography?
We have served as a filming/photo location for all forms of media, including CMs, television dramas, films, and magazines. Please direct your requests to the Marketing Department and feel free to discuss any specific needs that you may have (e.g. film location, clearing walkways, waiting rooms and catering, etc.) These requests will be subjected to fees upon consultation with the Marketing Department.
